1 liter boild broth vegetable
1-2 tablespoons miso (japan preserved soy beans)
1 piece china tofu (piece like cube)
2 stick green onion small slice
a little salt and pepper

cooking :

  1. boild broth and mixed miso, cooked to be miso soluble
  2. mixed tofu, salt and pepper
  3. present half cooked and added green onion in the top
