1/4 kg salted fish , piece 2x2 cm
3 red pepper, sliced askew
4 shallots , sliced (slight very small)
1 fruit lime, take a water
fried oil

cooking :

1. wetted piece salted fish with hot water,let to cold end then wash and raise.

3. remainder a little freid oil in the work, fried shallots to yellow and then mixed red pepper to weak.
