  2. Add oil, and then flour.
  3. Stir with heavy spoon for 1 minute. Turn out to a floured board and press into a circle (it will be quite dry).
  4. Sprinkle yeast evenly over dough and knead for twelve minutes.

Divide dough into portions:

6 oz. for Calzones, 10 oz. for 9 inch, 18 oz. for 12 inch, 25 oz. for 15 inch (This recipe makes about 34 oz. Adjust ingredient amounts for your purposes) Shape each portion by sliding your palms across the top portion of dough while curving your fingers inward toward seach other and "tucking" the dough into the center.

You want a dough ball without visible seams except the bottom. Set formed dough balls on plate, cover with plastic, and allow to proof for 1−2 hours at room temperature to use the same day, or store in refrigerator to use the next day.

To stretch dough, place dough ball on lightly floured surface, and lightly flour the top. Use fingertips to evenly flatten out the dough ball. Work from the edges to the center. Place both hands within the shell edge and stretch with fingertips and palms maintaining an even pressure. Or, use a lightly floured rolling pin to stretch to desired shape.

Cooking pizzas with this dough should be done on a baking stone. Using a pan will produce a very soft "doughy" crust. The stone in the oven should be preheated to 500F for an hour prior to baking, and should be placed in the middle of the oven.

After stretching the dough, liberally sprinkle cornmeal or semolina on pizza peel (a wooden paddle with a handle to slide the pizza in the oven) or a cutting board. The cornmeal allows the pizza to slide onto the stone easily. After topping the pizza, when you are ready to cook it, pick up
an edge of the dough and lightly blow air underneath.

This will loosen any sticky areas under the dough and redistribute the cornmeal. Shake the peel or cutting board to make sure none of the dough is sticking. Carefully slide the pizza into the oven.

1 1/2 c. instant rice

cooking :

  1. Preheat skillet (medium heat), uncovered.
  2. Add butter or margarine and allow to melt.

  5. Remove chicken from skillet.
  6. Reduce heat to "simmer" and add rice. Combine soup, water and bouillon.

  2. Heat 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Separate the onion slices and sauté in the oil until light brown.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium/high heat. Break up the sandwich steak into the hot pan and cook until brown. Drain off fat. Add the grilled onions to the meat and stir.
  4. To make the eggs it's best to make one at a time in a small 6-inch skillet. If you have more than one of these small pans, you can save a little time.
  5. Beat an egg in a small bowl with a whisk until it is smooth, but not foamy. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the egg. Heat a small 6-inch skillet over low heat.   6. Slice a bagel in half and place it with the faces up on a baking sheet. Grill the faces of the bagel halves in your oven, set on broil, until golden brown. You may also use a toaster oven for this step, but be sure to place the sliced bagel halves onto a small baking sheet or on aluminum foil.
  7. When the bagels are toasted, spread about 1/2 tablespoon of the sauce onto the face of the top bagel half.
  8. Place a slice of cheese onto the face of each bagel half.
  9. Divide the meat into four portions and stack one portion onto the cheese on the bottom bagel half.
  10. Place the finished omelet onto the meat on the bottom half of the sandwich.
  11. Finish by flipping the top half of the sandwich over onto the bottom. Heat for 15 seconds in microwave if needed to warm.

4 cups cooked rice
1 cup frozen peas - thawed
2 tbsp finely grated carrot
2 eggs - beaten
½ cup diced onion
1½ tbsp butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
salt
pepper

cooking ;

  1. Cook rice following instructions on package (Bring 2 cups water to a boil, add rice and a dash of salt, reduce heat and simmer in covered saucepan for 20 minutes).
  2. Pour rice into a large bowl to let it cool in the refrigerator.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a small pan over medium heat.
  4. Separate the scrambled chunks of egg into small pea-size bits while cooking.
  5. When rice has cooled to near room temperature, add peas, grated carrot, scrambled egg and diced onion to the bowl.
  6. Carefully toss all of the ingredients together.
  7. Melt 1½ tbsp of butter in a large frying pan over medium/high heat.
  8. When butter has completely melted, dump the bowl of rice and other ingredients into the pan and add soy sauce plus a dash of salt and pepper.
  9. Cook rice for 6-8 minutes over heat, stirring often.


Makes 4 servings.

Yogurt Chicken Paprika

cook and to eat tasty enough. I try to

material :

3 tbsp. margarine
1 1/3 c. thinly sliced onion
1 tbsp. paprika
2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. cold water
8 oz. carton plain yogurt

cooking :


  1. Saute onion in margarine until golden; blend in paprika.
  2. Add chicken, brown well.
  3. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water, add to skillet with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and simmer 35-45 minutes until chicken is very tender.
  5. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water, blend into yogurt.
  6. Stir into skillet. Heat through. Serve with Spaetzles, dumplings or noodles. Serves 6.

Hot Chicken Salad

okay we use more chicken as the main material and the other is the main material
salad, in this recipe I use sharpness, usually to improve taste our food .... hmm yummy. This recipe is also very easy cooking recipes, I can not wait anymore to try to make it again.

material :

1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. diced celery
3 diced boiled eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. jar pimentos
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. slivered almonds
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick oleo


cooking :

  1. Mix everything together except breadcrumbs, and oleo.
  2. Butter casserole dish (10 x 12 inch). Put complete mixture in dish.
  3. Put breadcrumbs on top. Melt butter and sprinkle over the breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until breadcrumbs are brown.

(makes 28 truffles)

Ingredients:
1 1/4 C hazelnuts (aka filberts)
1/4 C finely chopped dried apricots
24 ounces imported white chocolate
6 Tbl heavy cream

Instructions:

On a baking sheet, spread out 1 1/4 C hazelnuts. Bake at 350 F for 10
minutes, or until nuts are light brown and the dark skins are cracked.
Remove as much of the skins as possible by rubbing nuts in a terrycloth
towel. Finely chop nuts in a food processor.

In a 1-quart glass container, combine 12 ounces imported white
chocolate, cut up and 6 Tbl heavy cream.

[Note: I used the Nestle white chocolate chips that are available in
my local supermarket. It worked well, but I am sure it would be better
if you use a good import instead.]

Microwave mixture on MEDIUM (70% power), 3 to 4 minutes, stirring
twice, until chocolate is melted and smooth. [You can do this step in a
double-boiler if you don't have a microwave.]
Stir into melted chocolate 3/4 C of the chopped nuts and 1/4 C finely
chopped dried apricots.

Cover the mixture and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours, or until mixture is firm
enough to hold its shape. (If mixture gets too hard, let stand at room
temperature for 30 minutes or so, until firm but soft enough to shape.)
Form 28 smooth 1 1/4-inch diameter balls, either by using a 1 1/4-
inch automatic-release ice cream scoop, or by rolling 1 Tbl of the
mixture between your (clean!) hands.

Place on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet and refrigerate until firm, 1
hour or longer.

CHICKEN BREASTS IN CREAM SAUCE

material :

4 chicken breasts halves, boned and skinned and rinsed
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
3/4 tbsp. garlic, chopped
1 green onion, chopped

cooking :

  1. Add salt, pepper and flour.
  2. Dredge chicken breasts in seasoned flour mix, shake excess off.
  3. Add butter and vegetable oil to sauté pan, cook on medium heat.
  4. Cook chicken breasts for 2 1/2 minutes on each side.
  5. Add mushrooms, garlic - cook for approximately 1 more minute until chicken is almost done, add chopped onion.
  6. Drain fat from pan and set aside. Approximately 4 servings.

make it, after I try it out so I hooked. materials in the recipe
This is very easily obtained. I give it to you for free cooking recipes
and also easy cooking recipes

material
6 chicken breasts
2 onions
8 c. water (approximately)
3/4 loaf bread
Celery
Poultry seasoning
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Sharp cheese, sliced

cooking :

  1. Boil chicken breasts with 1 onion in approximately 8 cups of water until tender.
  2. Remove skin and bones and separate into pieces. Save chicken stock. Use 13 x 9 inch pan (sprayed with Pam). Tear small hunks of bread (about 3/4 of a loaf) and lay in bottom of pan.
  3. Slice 1 onion thin and lay on top of bread. Sprinkle celery, poultry seasoning on top. Lay chicken pieces on top. Melt margarine and pour over chicken pieces. Combine mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and pour on top. Cover the top with sharp cheese sliced all over the top.
  4. 4 Bake until done.

TERIYAKI CHICKEN WINGS

I finally get a prescription teriyaki, a food that I want to try I find this recipe to try to cook. seems YUMMY .... I show in this blog, in fact quite easy and that seems to eat this delicious dish I have to arrange on plates, in order to look nice just it's easy cooking recipes


1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. chili sauce
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery seed
Dash of dry mustard
3 lb. chicken wings

MARINADE: Combine lemon juice, soy sauce, oil, chili sauce, garlic, pepper, celery
seed and mustard. Stir well, set aside. Cut chicken wings at joint and remove wing
tips. Place chicken in baking dish.

Pour marinade over chicken. Cover, refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Drain and
place on broiler tray. Broil about 10 minutes each side with tray about 7 inches from
heating element. Brush occasionally with marinade.
